Great paper, run by a great female base. Aussie Made!! Courier needs to be quicker though. Ordered on the 7thJuly, shipping code given on the 8th July. Not delivered by courier until 24th July.
we have had so much trouble getting in contact with you to firstly follow up delivery (which took a month from being charged) and secondly the poor state of the box (ripped, missing rolls, wet contents). I don’t have confidence in using this batch/delivery…. which is really disappointing.
It always brightens my day to see these rolls in my bathroom. Living with a disability isn't always easy, but I'm happy to keep supporting a disability-owned company.

I've tried a few different brands of toilet paper made from recycled paper, because our planet needs all the help it can get, and have found that some are better than others. Shh!t Happens is definitely one of the best and the fact that the rolls are longer is a bonus. When it came to deciding which brand to stick with it came down to the fact that, not only are you Australian owned and made, but also disability owned that sold me on it. As a person with both visible and invisible disabilities this made me very happy, and Shh!t Happens Trailblazer made my bum very happy too.

This is just the best toilet paper ever! It is so beautiful and such excellent quality. I've never been so excited for my toilet paper to arrive. Even my naughty dog Alfred just can't get enough of it too!. It it's that good, honestly!

Super soft and doesn’t break apart and crumble like other toilet paper
I’ve tried so many toilet papers and wipes over the years and had never found anything that was so gentle on my delicate sensitive skin. Not only that but the toilet paper is amazing quality, it’s so much stronger than any other I’ve tried. Thank you for Shh!t Happens team for such quality and gorgeous products. Top-notch toilet paper! Thick, soft, and lasts ages. The courier left my box in the rain, but even that couldn’t ruin how good this stuff is.

Waited weeks for our order to be delivered and no communication regarding the status of our order. We thought we would not receive the goods as it took over a month to get here!
Great product
It was never delivered. No one responds. It is x2 weeks later and still nothing. The 'talk to a real person' link doesn't work. I have tried to contact customer service (or anyone) many times and no one has responded. I just want a refund now...it someone could at least reply. If you are thinking of subdcribing, know that there is no one to help if anything goes wrong.
Arrived pretty quickly. Does what is says it does!
The product is great but the delay from order date to delivery is significant and makes it hard to estimate when we will need to scedule resupply. I was sent an email on 30th June stating I would be charged in 1 day then on 3rd July I received an email stating order was being prepared. On 8th July an email was sent stating order was on its way and on 17th July another email saying it was out for delivery. The time between ordering and receiving the order has been getting longer the last couple of deliveries. If this can be improved, that would be great.
Quality of the product is always so great, 5 stars for quality! Just have had some issues with shipping a few times which often means I'm doubling up with store bought toilet paper. The last order was shipped over a month after the order was placed :(

The service. There's no reason that this order should have taken over a month and I was concerned I had been scammed, especially because no one from this company responded no matter how many tickets I created. I tried messaging the company Instagram too. There should be a number to call or a live chat, some way to interact with a human being. The order was just sitting there as "ordered" for weeks, not prepared to ship, not shipped, nothing. I've never had a toilet paper shipment take this long, to a common metro area, but if it does have to take this long, say something and explain why and when the order will eventually arrive. I love the cause but you can't leave your customers in the dark. The order came in the end, and the product is fine, but can't justify ordering again from a company I can't contact that's delaying the product I needed.
Arrives at my door, no stress or effort on my behalf. Always have a few rolls left before the new arrives. Works for me! Love that it supports diversity in employment.
