Jenny DOAN
Jenny Doan has always challenged what’s possible. She solo cycled across 21 countries and broke three Guinness World Records with a hula hoop. At 34, she left her 9–5 to pursue motivational speaking full-time. On her final day of work, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), a chronic condition affecting the brain and spinal cord.
Shh!t Happens.
Rather than stepping back, Jenny leaned into a new chapter. As she began sharing her experiences with MS, she saw firsthand how many people living with chronic conditions and disabilities were being excluded from meaningful employment.
That realisation shifted her focus from awareness to action.
When the opportunity to lead Shh!t Happens arose, the alignment was immediate. A brand built on turning an everyday essential into employment opportunities for people living with chronic conditions and disabilities wasn’t just clever; it was practical, scalable impact. Today, Jenny leads Shh!t Happens with a simple belief: by changing something as ordinary as the toilet paper we buy — at home, at work, and everywhere in between — we can create meaningful, measurable change.
